The overall objective of the project is to improve municipal waste management in the cross-border region by introducing advanced TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS FOR SORTING AND PROCESSING, enabling the cascading use of recovered raw materials. The expected change includes an increase in material circularity, a reduction in the amount of waste ending up in landfills, and a decrease in waste management costs. The project will add the value and contribute to the faster circular transformation of the bilateral area by testing new technologies such as gasification, liquefaction, and carbonization
